Not only do we get your data cleaned up and functional, we create procedures that you and your employees can follow to keep it that way!
High-level data analysis to easily find non-standard outliers, and common mistakes. Small things, like some records having leading zeroes while others do not, can create major headaches in reporting and conversion. Should those have been in 2N instead of 2S? We'll find it. Maybe you're not an Excel wiz - you don't have to be! We will clean the data, then provide templates to help you in the future. We can even train you to be more Excel-sufficient.
Reverse-engineering data to confirm acreage totals, and create county-, prospect-, section- or tract-level reporting. Just like in middle school math, finding ways to double-check your numbers will help you know your data is accurate.
